Watch George Clinton and Parliament’s Video for First Song in 38 Years

Earlier this year, funk God George Clinton and his colorful band of players known as Parliament released their first new song in 38 years. The track, “I’m Gon Make U Sick O’Me” features a bubbly bass groove reminiscent of some of Dam Funk‘s tracks over the past few years. The video features Houston rapper Scarface as “Dr. Feel Good,” who ultimately prescribes an antidote for the sick Clinton. According to Rolling Stone, the new song is to appear on the group’s upcoming album, Medicaid Fraud Dog.

It was recently reported that George Clinton is retiring from touring next year so if you see a show coming to your area, get involved because it will likely be your last chance to see a true living legend.
