Tonight on Unsung: Wilson Pickett
In this next installment of TV One‘s documentary series, we take a look at the making of “The Wicked Pickett”. Wilson Pickett was a man of many talents. Indeed he is celebrated as a soul singer, but he is without a doubt a rock and roll legend, one of the first! The stylings of Pickett gave shape to much of the music of the fifties, and you can hear his influence in the Motown era that came post his rise to fame.
