In a photo that seems to originate from political comedian, John Stewart, music legend Prince is seen court-side at a basketball game (like the Lakers?) donning a black hoodie with large scripted letters in red. The caption simply read “Suspicious?” Brilliant!
We are proud to know the “Purple Yoda” supports this very important effort. We would love to see more of this. Given his previous protest songs, can we expect a tune sometime soon?
Here are a few of our favorite Prince “issue” cuts:
Ronnie Talk to Russia (about Nuclear Arms Race)
Sign of the Times (general concern about everything)
Free (about…well, being free)

No proof needed. Were not stupid SoulHead, this photo was taken in 2002. You obviously kno nothing about prince. Ur just tryin 2 justify celebities against there will by saying they are supporting this crime by wearing hoods, when in fact all there doing is wearing a simple hoodie. U guys r pathetic.
Thank you so much for your comment. There was no negative intent in our post. This was not in support of crime but in opposition to the crime. And for the record, we pride ourselves on our knowledge of Prince, but clearly know that we are not perfect. Given our mission, “pathetic” seems a bit strong, don’t you think?
This photo is from his “Musicology” era in 2004. Someone posted it to look like he is showing support to this terrible crime.
All we need is proof of such and we will update the article.
Coming from a true hardcore prince fan this photo is old. It was taken back in the early 00’s maybe 2002 . I’m sure he supports trayvon but this is not a current recent picture.
Again, all we need is proof of such and we will certainly post a correction.
This is photoshop.
We are certainly willing to concede on this issue if proof can be provided.
Yes!
