Casey Kasem, American longtime radio personality has passed away. He was 82. After a long battle with dementia, and a recent reported time of being missing, his family reported that Kasem has died, of course leaving us with a cherished many memories. It is because of him that we have the American Top 40. With a successful career as both a radio personality and voice actor, Kesem has drawn many of decades of music lovers together to celebrate and explore the culture of “now”. His weekly Top 40 captured all that was good and right with music on a weekly basis for almost 20 years. Though he is now again, we will forever love him for the music and leaving us with his wisdom: keep your feet on the ground, and reach for the stars”
