With their much-anticipated sophomore LP Caracal set to arrive in stores next week on September 25th, Disclosure visited BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge yesterday to perform three tracks from the forthcoming album. Sam Smith joined the Lawrence brothers for recent single “Omen,” and stuck around to transform Drake’s “Hotline Bling” into a sleek electro-soul banger.
Is the trio’s cover better than the original? Well, it’s certainly different, but we’ll defer to you, our fellow soulheads, to decide which version you prefer.
