Fresh off a couple of hot shows in New York City, LA, and Miami, E.R. (who, with Vagabonds rhyme partner Baysiqly, spoke exclusively with soulhead last month) is back with a new video.
“Message From The Block” is the second single from Year of the Vagabond, and it finds E.R. drawing inspiration from his Little Havana neighborhood and reminding everyone that he will never forget who he his or where he came from, all while dropping a few dope rap references. In addition to appearing on Vagabond, the song was also included on the official mixtape for the novel Orange Mound by yours truly.
Once again, the clip was directed by Mr. Visual and shot on some of Little Havana’s main strips, including 10th, 17th, and 22nd Avenues. Check it out above and leave some feedback in the comments!
